Walleye – a delicious fish which has a distinctive white meat and lack of small bones. Catch walleye in many waters of our country and the Balkhash lake is no exception. You can catch trophy walleye fishing in Zavidovo, after which you will be able to cook a delicious and juicy dish. You can get pleasure from its preparation and use.

Very simple, but at the same time tasty and delicious dishes are obtained from cooking the walleye in sour cream. The next course will hide in your mouth, and the fish will not dry, tender and flavorful.
You need:

Pike – 1 large carcass
2 lemons
A kilo of onions
Sour cream – 400 ml
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

The process of cooking:

Wash and gut the fish, remove the fins, tail and head.

Fish cut into large pieces, salt and pepper. Pour lemon juice, which must first squeeze of lemon. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper the pieces of fish. Grease a baking dish with olive oil and put it on the fish.

Chop the onion, cut it in half rings and add to the bowl. Add the sour cream and mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste. Much thick cream should be diluted with water.

Fish shaped cover with sauce. Sauce evenly over the fish, it needs to be inside.

Put the form in the oven. Before the sauce boils, the oven temperature should be 200 degrees, then you need to reduce it to 180 degrees. The fish will need to be periodically watered with the sauce. The finished fish can be served on the table, she will be very beautiful and delicate.
Pike perch in sour cream in the pan

Pike perch in sour cream may be cooked and in the pan. For this you will need:

Perch fillet – 800 grams
The big tomato
300 grams of onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 large bell pepper
Black olives, pitted – 100 grams
Cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Flour
Vegetable oil

Pike perch fillet cut into pieces 4 – 5 cm.

Pour into the pan refined oil and heat it.

While the oil heats, pour into a bowl the flour, salt and pepper it. Roll the fish in it and fry in the oil, slowed down the heat to medium.

In a pan, lay out the pieces so that they do not touch each other. Fry until crust on both sides.

The fish put in a bowl and start preparing the sauce.

Prepare the vegetables. Onions and garlic peel from the husk. Place tomatoes for a few seconds in boiling water, then remove it from the skin. Clean bell pepper from seeds.

Finely chop the onions. It is a mandatory component of this dish, you can prepare the sauce only onions, but more on that later. The volume of onions should be about the same as fish.

Finely chop bell pepper, tomato and garlic.

Saute the garlic and onion for 3-4 minutes.

Sauté bell pepper and tomato for another 5 minutes.

At the end of roasting, add the olives and sour cream. Fry for a further couple of minutes.

Unite pike-perch with vegetable sauce. You can add directly to the pan with the sauce and a bit of heat.

If there are no other vegetables, except onion, you can prepare another sauce. Pieces of pike perch placed on the pan, and put over braised onion and pour sour cream.

Perch fillet in cream sauce should be served with potatoes or rice. Good vegetable stew or green beans.

This dish will please any lover of fish and decorate your table in holiday. As already mentioned, you can catch a big walleye at our fishing base Zavidovo, in the waters of lake Balkhash.
