Рыбная закуска фиш парти

The main components of fish snacks

For 4-6 portions you need:

Trout (walleye) fillet – 800-900 g.
Pasteurized milk – 500 gr.
Eggs, large – 8 PCs.
Onions – 4 PCs (medium size)
Spicy pickled cucumber – 2 PCs. (medium size)
Parsley and dill sprigs 4-5.
Herbs dried “Italian collection” or “for fish” – 1-2 pinches
Bay leaf – 1 PC.
Tartar sauce – 100 -150 gr.
Mayonnaise “light” – 100-150 gr.
Lemon – 1/2 PCs.
Sunflower oil – 2 tablespoons.
Salt – half a teaspoon.
Black pepper – 3 peas.
The sequence of cooking fish appetizers

 

Fillet wash and cut into portions. To remove all the scales. Extract from fish bone. To place on 10-15 minutes in a bowl and cover completely with fresh milk. Keep it for 10 or 15 minutes. Disappear the peculiar smell of fish, she will also become more juicy.
Cook chicken hard boiled eggs (about 5-6 minutes).
Cooled under running cold water. Completely clean from the shell, opolaskivaniem under water and finely chop. Parsley and dill thoroughly wash, dry and grind. Mix with Tartar sauce.
Put on fire a pot of water and bring the water to a boil. To get the fish out of the milk to give the milk to drain. Throw the pieces into a pot of boiling water. Add 1 or 2 pinches, to taste, Italian spices, Bay leaves, 3 peas of black pepper and salt. Cook over low heat for about 10 – 20 minutes (depending on size of fish pieces) until fully cooked.

Fish spread a layer of cooked sauce – allow to soak for 20-30 minutes.
