By chance a canadian fisherman Sean Henson became a real hero and proved that with fishing you can return not only with fish but with a wounded predator.
An avid fisherman from Vancouver decided to hold the first July weekend on the water. Taking fishing his dog, went to a neighborhood canadian Ucluelet. Catch pleased with the salmon, Henson decided to clean and cook fish.
But something made him look back. From the bushes lightning Cougar jumped, grabbed the dog and immediately disappeared.

Not a loss, Sean ran after him. To catch a predator was only on top of a hill. The man tried to snatch the Dachshund from the jaws of Cougars, but to repel the dog was only after Henson was hit multiple times with the beast on the head.
Returning to the camp with a wounded dog, a fisherman noticed that the Cougar is watching from behind the bushes. Sean took the gun and to scare away the animal, shot in the air. But Puma, instead of running away, began to approach the man. Second shot Henson killed the beast.
Arrived at the Rangers and police recognized in the dead Cougar predator, which led to the horror of the local population. Residents have repeatedly seen a Cougar near the homes. Experts have confirmed that in this situation, the shot was the only way out.
